Overall Pitch Perfect is not Pitch Perfect, it will still make you laugh. I would say see it this week if you can but next week it comes out in wide release so when that happens see it then.

Well Pitch Perfect may have a a self obsessive title but most critics agree with the film's title believe it or not. Boxoffice Magazine praised the acting from Rebel Wilson,New York Post praised the soundtrack,and lastly TIME praised how the movie was fun to watch. Most critics loved Pitch Perfect though St. Louis Post Dispatch complained about how this was literally a ripoff of Glee but without a coach.
