After failing to find love on reality TV, Bret Michaels decided to go back to longtime girlfriend and mother of his children, Kristi Gibson.
Unfortunately, love evades the Poison frontman yet again as he recently called off the engagement, according to Gossip Cop.
The couple got engaged in 2010 on the finale of the VH1 reality show, "Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It." During their off-again, on-again 18 year relationship, daughters Raine and Jorja were born.
A rep for the reality junkie adds, "although the couple have separated, they remain great friends and are committed to jointly raising their two daughters, Raine and Jorja."
In related Michaels news, you may soon have a chance to see even more of him. According to the Columbus Dispatch, a biopic about his life is in the works.
The 49-year-old rocker explains, "Mostly, when you see rock movies, it has to be this over-the-top thing. I want to give people a Bret Michaels movie where they see that my life is a comedy of errors."
