Prepared for the weather, Rooney Mara walked around Soho in New York City today (July 29) with her trusty umbrella in hand.
The "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" star wore a black and white plaid shirt with suede boots as she casually walked through the Big Apple streets.
The 27-year-old Academy Award-nominated actress recently started working on her newest dramatic thriller, "Ain't Them Bodies Saints. She stars alongside "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" star Casey Affleck and "3:10 To Yuma" actor Ben Foster.
The movie tells the story of Bob Muldoon (Affleck) and Ruth Guthrie (Mara), two young outlaws who are brought down by the law in the hills of Texas. Filming for the movie began on July 9th in Shreveport, Louisiana.
