Still spending time in the Keystone State, Miley Cyrus was spotted as she headed out to pick up an iced coffee from Starbucks with a male friend in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Friday (July 27).
Sporting her usual sock bun hair style, the former "Hannah Montana" star strutted down the street in a long flannel shirt and white dress while interestingly carrying two purses on the same arm after making several "gay" tweets.
Upon rolling out of bed earlier in the morning, Miley admitted she had a busy night, tweeting, "Feel like I'm hangin with a 13 year old girl when I have sleepovers with gays! Weve spent an hour stalking Zayn from @onedirection," adding, "but gotta admit I love every second of it."
It seems the duo also kept busy looking up music videos, as Miss Cyrus tweeted around the same time, "I am obsessed with the call me maybe video! LOVE that he goes gay! Sooooooo good!"
The remarks are a continuation of the 19-year-old's "gay" inclusive posts, as Miley told her Twitter fans earlier in the week, "it's a beautiful day in the gayborhood."
